  • Our 1.5 hour Group Parent Education Session will bring families together, while educating parents/caregivers on sensory patterns, emotional regulation, and behavior, in order to increase connection and understanding of the little people in their lives. You host, we bring the education!

  • Yes! Parent participation is a crucial aspect of OutGrow’s philosophy. Depending on your child’s needs, the importance of your presence in a therapy session may vary. We encourage you to ask questions and be part of the therapeutic process.

  • This is the most common question we get from parents. Every child is different and the length of therapy will vary. OutGrow’s goal is to involve parents in order to encourage generalization of skills learned in therapy into the child’s everyday routine, which decreases the time a child may need to spend in 1:1 therapy.

  • 1-2x/week depending on services required.

  • We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, but will be happy to provide an itemized bill for insurance submission to other insurance companies. You are also able to use a flexible spending account. It is recommended that you confirm this with your specific savings account.
